DIRECTOR’S NOTE: These dispatches are designed to be reviewed and noted within the Official Operative’s Notebook.

  • PURCHASE PROTOCOL: This is a one-time deployment. By securing these credentials, you authorize a single charge for the selected product.

    NO RECURRING OBLIGATION: Unlike the Annual Recruitment, this product does not renew. Your clearance is granted for this specific gear drop only.

    STATUS UPGRADE: Should you choose to upgrade to an Annual Membership at a later date, please note that your Field Observer may receive duplicate versions of these specific items as part of their year-one enrollment.

    DEPLOYMENT SECTOR: Ensure your shipping address (Deployment Sector) is accurate at checkout. Once the mission is dispatched, we cannot reroute the delivery.

  • PROCESSING PROTOCOL: All mission-essential gear and intel dispatches are processed for deployment within 3-5 business days of security clearance. This allows the Workshop time to calibrate handcrafted equipment and finalize personalized credentials.


    TRANSIT EXPECTATIONS:


    • Tactical Equipment & Field Kits: Delivered via standard ground transport. Typical transit time is 7–10 business days once dispatched.


    • Direct Scout Intel (Postcards): Mailed via standard postal channels. This order contains a series of dispatches, they will arrive in a tactical sequence to ensure a steady stream of intelligence.


    SECTOR ACCURACY: It is the responsibility of the Liaison (guardian, purchaser) to ensure the Deployment Sector (Shipping Address) is 100% accurate at checkout. Once an item has been stamped, sealed, and dispatched from the North Pole, we cannot reroute the mission.


    INTEL TRACKING: You will receive a "Mission Update" via email once your gear has cleared the North Pole perimeter and is officially in transit.
